OOG Freight Forwarder

Requirements:

  • min 1 year of working experience in OOG(Out of Gauge)/BB(Break Bulk) area
  • knowledge of using Navis and extra terminal system
  • reasonable knowledge of Road transportation – Road permit, VLM, Bridge expertise, escort and etc.
  • ability of Purchasing & managing truckers, and Contacting Terminal to arrange Load/Unload from/to Vessel
  • very good command of spoken and written English, knowledge of Korean language will be an advantage
  • teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • problem-solving skills, especially under time pressure

Responsobilities:

  • planning of domestic/international transport by rail/truck/vessel/feeder
  • development of cooperation with Liners/carriers, paying attention on cost efficiency
  • checking transport conditions
  • taking care of customers’ requirements with high quality
  • cooperation with Internal departments.
  • achievement of the financial goals.
  • collecting documents related to Transportation.
  • updating data in internal system.
  • handling OOG(Out of gauge)/BB(Break Bulk)/CNTR
