On Sunday, 14 December, Gdańsk lit up with festive lights thanks to the Santa Truck Convoy, organised by the Nim Będzie Za Późno Association. The event brought together as many as 130 trucks, setting an unofficial Polish record.
The festively decorated vehicles gathered at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk, where a family picnic took place. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about the specifics of professional drivers’ work. The event also had a charitable dimension – collections and auctions were organised in support of the Wilcze Sioło Foundation, along with activities carried out as part of the Stop Violence Against Women in Road Traffic campaign.
The highlight of the event was the ceremonial drive of the illuminated convoy through the main streets of Gdańsk, which attracted great interest from local residents.
We are proud to announce that Adampol S.A. was represented by three car transporter trucks.
Taking part in initiatives like this is an important element of responsible business for us, helping to build strong relationships with our surroundings and to recognise the key role of drivers in the logistics chain.
We would like to thank the organisers for the invitation.
