We believe that continuous development and knowledge sharing are fundamental to modern logistics. That is why we actively participate in key industry initiatives that enable us to consistently strengthen our team’s competencies.
Last year, our colleague Adrian Mróz was appointed as the official representative of Adampol S.A. in the prestigious ECG Academy – the largest development programme in Europe for managers operating in the Finished Vehicle Logistics sector.
Last week, participants met in Athens, where through intensive lectures, workshops and work on real-life case studies, they further developed their competencies and industry knowledge. The multi-day module concluded with examinations, and in the spring participants will proceed to defend their diploma theses.
This year’s edition of the Academy brings together 42 participants from multiple countries, marking the highest attendance in nearly 20 years of the programme’s history.
Participation in the ECG Academy is not only about individual development, but also a tangible contribution to raising standards across the Finished Vehicle Logistics industry.
