Used Cars Sales Manager

Requirements:

• challenging and enterprising salesperson with leadership
• at least 6 years of experience of used car sales market
• high affinity to vehicles, extensive industry knowledge and commercial understanding
• advanced English skills of writing and speaking
• developed negotiation and commercial skills
• problem-solving skills, especially under time pressure
• good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel)
• an active driving licence category B

Responsibilities:

• planning and developing a used car trading/sales business
• analyzing the appropriate types/methods/sites(Tychy and Warsaw) of the new business
• sale of cars, including customer contact, needs analysis, product presentation, and test drives
• establishing relationships with potential customers/partners and maintaining them
• developing purchasing/procurement/sales channels
• negotiating prices with suppliers and securing new inventory
• documentation of contracts, offers, contracts, invoices, calculations, and reports
• dispatch and provision of used vehicles, including control of delivery dates
• coordination of service work before delivery (TÜV, inspection, etc.)
• setting team sales plans and managing goal achievement
• planning and implementation of marketing activities
