Over 150 representatives from the automotive and general cargo sectors, insightful expert presentations, and dynamic experience sharing – this is what the 4th Adampol S.A. Subcontractors’ Meeting looked like, held on April 12th at the Traugutta3 Hotel in Białystok.

For the fourth time, the event served as a key platform for dialogue between Adampol S.A. and the companies that help shape its daily operations. Participants from across Poland and Europe took part in lectures, discussions, and networking sessions covering topics such as driver safety, fleet management, challenges in the TSL market, and the impact of geopolitics on international transport.

Expanded format, Broader perspective
This year, the event gained new momentum – transport companies from the FVL, FTL, LTL, and FCL segments were invited to participate. While finished vehicle logistics remains Adampol S.A.’s flagship service, general cargo is steadily growing in importance and stands as one of the company’s pillars of development.
“I’m pleased that the 4th Adampol S.A. Subcontractors’ Meeting attracted such great interest and was held in such a professional atmosphere,” said Michał Knopik, CEO of Adampol S.A. “Subcontractors are key partners in our daily operations. The opportunity for direct dialogue, experience exchange, and relationship-building is extremely valuable to us. We addressed a number of important topics that we encounter in our everyday work. The high turnout and active engagement of participants confirm that initiatives like this are not only needed but truly expected by the industry.”

Partnership and Future in Focus
The meeting was not only informative but also integrative. A professional atmosphere was ensured, alongside practical and valuable content. Presentations were delivered by both industry experts and event partners:
• Platinum Partner: SUKURS BROKER Legal & Financial Office Sp. z o.o.
• Silver Partner: UTA Edenred Sp. z o.o.
Representatives from Adampol S.A.’s Quality Control Department also took the stage to premiere a new instructional video on the safe loading of car transporters. Guests had the chance to test their knowledge in a specially prepared quiz.

Recognizing the Best
During the event, awards were presented to companies that stood out in key areas of cooperation in 2024:
• QUALITY: Trans Car
• PUNCTUALITY: Kameleon Group
• RELIABLE DOCUMENTATION: Magmar Group
• SUPPORT & COOPERATION: Furmańczyk Auto

Shared direction, Shared responsibility
As intended by the organizers, the event was designed as an open forum – a space to exchange insights, listen to needs, and work together to find the best solutions. This allowed for valuable discussion on the future of transport – both in the FVL segment and in the dynamically developing general cargo area.
The meeting was also an excellent opportunity to connect and build relationships in an informal atmosphere. It is precisely in such moments that the best ideas are born, along with lasting partnerships based on trust and shared values.

Guests also had the opportunity to get a closer look at Genesis vehicles, which attracted considerable interest throughout the entire event.

We sincerely thank everyone for their presence and support. Together, we are creating the future!
