Hyundai Glovis recently presented the official result of its 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSI). We are proud to announce that Adampol S.A. received the highest rating among all foreign subsidiaries providing transport services (both automotive and general cargo)! We achieved an amazing result of 92.9 out of 100 possible points.
This is not the end of the good news. It turned out that we are the best in the entire corporation in the transport of finished vehicles!!!
The overall rating is based on the following criteria:
- attitude of employees,
- communication,
- sales,
- plan management,
- operation of distribution,
- information provision,
- calculations,
- follow-up service.
We are very happy with the result achieved and the appreciation of our hard work. The rating given by the customer is the most important summary of the company’s activities. Our employees constantly pass this exam.
