Nearly 200 people from companies permanently operating in the automotive industry, substantive speeches by speakers and hours of inspiring conversations. This was the course of the 3rd Meeting of Adampol S.A. Subcontractors, which took place on April 6 this year at the Traugutta3 Hotel in Białystok.

Meeting of Adampol S.A. Subcontractors is a cyclical industry event addressed to the company’s partners. This year’s edition was attended by, among others: guests from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia and Romania. The success of the previous two meetings of this type, which took place in 2018 and 2019, resulted in the Management Board of Adampol S.A. decided to return to this formula. Years of the pandemic and the related bans effectively prevented face-to-face meetings, which is why the need to organize such an event was felt on both sides.

Program and sponsors

The carefully selected substantive program of the event included speeches by both operational employees of Adampol S.A. and representatives of sponsors. The most important activities and directions of development of the company were presented. Much attention was paid to the condition of the automotive industry and great emphasis was placed on the presentation of mobile solutions, which are taking an increasingly important place in the finished vehicles logistics.

Each representative of these companies had the opportunity to present their offer and business profile. Additionally, employees of the Quality Control Department of Adampol S.A. also made a presentation. In addition to a factual discussion of the causes and effects of the most common accidents, they also prepared a special quiz. Each guest of the meeting had the opportunity to test their knowledge of the principles of safe car transport.

Featured companies

During the meeting, eight companies that distinguished themselves in the previous year were awarded awards. Statuettes were awarded in four categories:

  • QUALITY – awarded companies: Investments Szklarski and Trans Car,
  • TIMELINESS – awarded companies: Montemo and Podsiadły,
  • SOLID DOCUMENTS – awarded companies: Domański and Speedex,
  • SUPPORT – awarded companies: Magmar Auto and MF Trans.

Expected success

The organizers wanted to gather in one place as many subcontractors as possible with whom they cooperate. And also to create a relaxed atmosphere, conducive to important conversations, exchange of observations and listening to expectations. The goal has been achieved.

The meeting, apart from its substantive content, was also an excellent opportunity to integrate the entire industry. It is such projects that allow their participants to develop common positions on many controversial issues. They are also a platform for the free exchange of views on many topics, and, or perhaps above all, they provide the opportunity to personally get to know the people who make up this group and cement friendships.
