Strategic Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to formulate organizational long-term development strategy
• lead strategic projects and initiatives (end-to-end) to drive change
• conduct comprehensive business case analyses
• conduct market and competitive landscape analysis, market forecasting
• lead the development of the investment plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders, gather insights, and drive alignment on strategic priorities
• tracking progress of strategic objectives and key results providing regular updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience
• experience in logistics in the following departments: Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Development or experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking
• project management skills, including end-to-end leadership, coordination, and management
• proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis for evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives
• ability to identify challenges, develop alternative solutions, and make data-driven recommendations
• interpersonal & communication skills
• proficiency in English is a must
